We are Shaptor; multi-sector value-add London-based property developers. We are private equity backed and as such we deploy our capital prudently and patiently, via a disciplined investment strategy.
We have a proven track record of working in conjunction with a range of real estate partners; we focus on industry knowledge and expertise and aim to create diligent management teams project by project. We aim to create value through stable and scalable cash flows, which cushion our ventures through cycles of volatility.

MARCO NARDINI
Land & Investment
Marco is an experienced land promoter and developer and has held key senior level roles in a range of real estate ventures.
Marco advises Shaptor & the parent company BPDM Group (a single family office) in the strategic direction for real estate investment, including coordinating joint venture agreements and external funding.
BETH MOLLOY
Operations
Following a long career in administration and project management roles, Beth has developed Shaptor operations and office management. She oversees all aspects of the business, including projects, staff and relationships with all Shaptor consultants and associates. Being able to use her experience in construction management complements her interest in building and developments.
ANNIE MOUNSEY
Finance
Annie manages the accounts for Shaptor, following a 20 year career in financial services. She is a Blackheath local, and has a keen interest in property and restoration.
HAZEL BURFORD
Luxury Development &
International Strategy
Hazel leads the development strategy for Shaptor. Building upon a prior career in the arts, Hazel’s keen eye for design and architecture shines in her role as Development Director.
With a passion for sustainable design, current projects in her portfolio include the delivery of luxury eco houses in Blackheath, Sussex and Puglia (Italy).
KEVIN POWELL
Land & Healthcare
Kevin has 45 years' experience in real estate primarily in private practice advising Clients on commercial, residential and healthcare properties in the investment, development, agency and valuation disciplines. For the last 20 years he has run his own practice and joined Shaptor in 2019 as a Consultant contributing his considerable all-round real estate experience to the company.'
TILLY COTTON
Administration
Tilly has recently joined us at Shaptor as the new Executive Assistant. She provides vital administration support for all the team, and undertakes the property management of our rental portfolio. With a background in Fine Art and an eye for detail, Tilly also manages content for our social media platforms.
OUR ENVIRONMENTAL AIMS
We are always asking ‘how can we do better’ and in particular in relation to our environmental impact. On a micro level, we have committed to make our office premises carbon neutral by 2030 if not sooner and are signed up to the Climate Hub to help us deliver on that commitment.
Our luxury developments are grounded in a ‘fabric first’ approach to allow us to meet our energy saving commitments. On a wider scale, we are passionate about creating places that encourage and enable people and communities to live and work in a more environmentally sustainable way.
