We are Shaptor; multi-sector value-add London-based property developers. We are private equity backed and as such we deploy our capital prudently and patiently, via a disciplined investment strategy.
We have a proven track record of working in conjunction with a range of real estate partners; we focus on industry knowledge and expertise and aim to create diligent management teams project by project. We aim to create value through stable and scalable cash flows, which cushion our ventures through cycles of volatility.

OUR TEAM
MARCO NARDINI
Marco is an experienced land promoter and developer and has held key senior level roles in a range of real estate ventures. Marco advises Shaptor & the parent company BPDM Group (a single family office) in the strategic direction for real estate investment, including coordinating joint venture agreements and external funding.
HAZEL BURFORD
Hazel leads the development strategy for Shaptor. Building upon a prior career in the arts, Hazel’s keen eye for design and architecture shines in her role as Development Director. With a passion for sustainable design, current projects in her portfolio include the delivery of luxury eco houses in Blackheath, Sussex and Puglia (Italy).
BETH MOLLOY
Beth heads the Operations Team at Shaptor overseeing all aspects of the business. With extensive administrative and operational expertise, Beth has been instrumental in maintaining smooth operations at Shaptor since 2016.
KEVIN POWELL
Kevin has 45 years' experience in real estate primarily in private practice advising Clients on commercial, residential and healthcare properties in the investment, development, agency and valuation disciplines. For the last 20 years he has run his own practice and joined Shaptor in 2019 as a Consultant contributing his considerable all-round real estate experience to the company.
GARY BOURNE
A Chartered Surveyor with almost 40 years of experience delivering complex mixed-use, town centre regeneration, commercial, logistics and strategic land developments, Gary joined Shaptor in 2024 heading up the Winterbourne Fields delivery team. He has extensive experience working alongside institutional investors, local authorities, landowners and private equity partners and a proven track record leading projects from land acquisition through planning, funding, delivery and asset disposal.
OUR ENVIRONMENTAL AIMS
We are always asking ‘how can we do better’ and in particular in relation to our environmental impact. On a micro level, we have committed to make our office premises carbon neutral by 2030 if not sooner and are signed up to the Climate Hub to help us deliver on that commitment.
Our luxury developments are grounded in a ‘fabric first’ approach to allow us to meet our energy saving commitments. On a wider scale, we are passionate about creating places that encourage and enable people and communities to live and work in a more environmentally sustainable way.
